for all of those who think that band is the worst cult in the school.... you are definately wrong because the worst is by far debate
it sucks you in without you even realizing it... a slow but deadly killer!
okay lemme give u guys a quick update about my membership in this and how i keep getting sucked in more and more.. not that im complaining
so if you know me at all you would know that for the past week ive been dying trying to get a huge stack of current events highlighted for my extemp box for yesterdays tournament... and i succeeded
also if you know me youd know that while i am a better then average orator, i am no more then average in extemp.. or so i thought
until yesterday
flying l. i had eight rounds of competition because me being the smart one i am decided to double enter. i earned 40 points which puts my total at 353.. 65 from this year alone. which is awesome
i lived on chocolate covered coffee beans and koosh ball with the squad... fun times with ali getting completley beat up.
and then of course there was the actual competition. i am very proud od this as well. i got third place in oratory and fifth in extemp. 5th IN EXTEMP!!!! its so wierd but im more proud of that one then i am of oratory. i thought i was a crappy extemper but i htink the fact that im actually keeping up weith all the current events is helping alot the funny part is i completley b.s.ed my last speech but im perty sure i got first place in the round for it... a-mazing
and oratory was kool too... my second round was annoying because i was late getting there because my extemp round ran late... so by the time i got there everyone except the judge had left... not only was it bad because he had to wait for me.. but it was awkward because i have audience interaction in my speech.. gah. but i survived.. w.e
so yea.. my mom drove me ali nicole and amando home and we stopped at wendys on the way cuz we were all starving. and it was quite an eventful ride

so yea i was asleep by 9 and ive been doing homework all day... ill give you all 2 guesses to figure out what type of work! my contract folder and event criteria for debate.. o joy. so im about ready to collapse again..
