[Hoffman lips on his camera to reveal A Spartan Helmet. Full on, probably several hundred years old.]

if you can figure it out pal, I'm sure as all ears.

Oh my goodness, Detective, please tell me you haven't turned into a helmet.

[expectremorse]

[The camera turns away to show Hoffman] No. Just this thing. And I woke up feeling like I had a five alarm hangover.

[he pauses, then, in a voice deadly serious] George, I wasn't drinking was I?

[19centconstable]

I have no memory of you drinking. But I have no memory at all, really, as I've said.

[expectremorse]

...That means flood.

[he sets the camera down next to the helmet with a sigh]

It does, doesn't it.

Well, you've gotten a rather nice helmet out of this one. Does it fit?

[expectremorse]

Yep.

[Hoffman lifts the helmet up with a grunt and puts it down on his head. He looks remarkably like his ancestor.]

I haven't gone through my communicator to see if anyone made any posts.

[expectremorse]

[He totally doesn't have a bunch of conversations saved. Nope.]

[expectremorse]

I can manage that.

[he pauses] You okay?

Perfectly fine, thank you.

[expectremorse]

Apart from how I seem to only get laid when I'm somebody else?

[he sighs] And I got the crap beat out of me. Or he got the crap beat out of him.
