It seems to be getting better. Now that I'm getting used to using it while on the phone, its not so bad. A week or so and it'll be ok. Some things I don't like, like the solution searching. Other things I love...like the new options for searching tickets I've opened today.
It totally replaces the report write I used to have to use at the end of the day. I can search on all my tickets and easily see what was a call tracking ticket, what tickets are still open, and all kinds of things. Very handy.
All in all, I'm getting used to this...slowly...
