Well hello there

***I posted this to the WW community I'm in and figured I'd post here too. Ignore the irrelevant parts.***

After just under a year with WWs, I made GOAL!!! I actually weighed in 1 lb under my goal. My initial goal was 140 because that was the upper part of my range for 5'4. Then I decided that wasn't good enough so 135 instead and on Monday night, I weighed in at 134!!!

So now I'm on to maintaining. Please feel free to post all suggestions with this! I read in the book they gave me about Core during the week and Points on the weekend. Anyone try this? I'm thinking I might. I've sorta taken the past 2 days off. Back to it tomorrow! Counting from morning until night! Instead of just in the morning... :-p

Sorry I posted so many. I was looking for stuff to compare and realized I have changed. I was honestly going to say that I didn't see the difference b/c I don't when I look in the mirror. I still see the 9 lbs I want to lose. I want to get to 125 but that'll be after I hit lifetime... which just so happens to be the week we'll be on our honeymoon!!! Not sure how that's going to work. Gonna see if I can sweet talk my leader. :-p I can't lose anymore before the wedding (8/8/08) or my dress won't fit! And how awesome is that!!! :-p

Don't give up!!! It might take you FOREVER. But we didn't put on the weight over night and it's a lifestyle change anyway. If you want this, you want it FOREVER. So it's worth all that time and frustration. Trust me. :-)
