Sweetest Husband Ever!
Yesterday was our second wedding anniversary and my husband had the best surprise ever! He took my out over my lunch break and parked at the new outdoor mall and told me I could go to any store I wanted and buy whatever I wanted. I didn't know how this could be possible since I didn't think we had any money. Turns out, he had been saving money for a long, long time so that he could buy me a big present. Instead, he just let me pick out what I wanted. I have never gotten to shop like that in my life! It was so much fun to not worry for one day and just spend time with my husband. Now today I feel a guilty because we could have paid off a lot of bills with all of that but I guess it wasn't like it was money that I knew we had. If it weren't for my husband I would probably never go and have fun anymore because I'm always too worried that we're going to spend too much money. Oh if only we would win the lottery! haha
Our son started saying real words out of nowhere last weekend and each day he has more and more to say now. He says cookie, hi daddy, thank you, hi, bye bye, no no no, up, mommy, daddy, grandma, banana (nana) and puppy. It's crazy because last week all he could say was hi and bye bye. He is getting to be so much fun! I love being a mom!
We close on the house tomorrow at 4. Yay!! I think I should invite people over to celebrate with us. Maybe we will do that next weekend for Mother's Day weekend.
