I have so much to do, and I can't even do it!
I had to work the stupid table for the music department fundraiser. I sat there for an hour with some crazed woman who was irritating beyond belief. Next came the Honors interviews. How fun!
Sarah's recital was this evening as well. I'm incredibly proud of myself - I can find my way around MSU!!! Her recital was in Hart recital hall, which was incredibly hot and humid. I didn't mind that, really. The recital was awesome, as was the car ride there. Then we went to dinner at some crappy pizza place. I can't remember the name of it, it was on Grand River right next to Meridian Mall - Old Chicago or something like that. Anyway, that was horrible. We got there at a quarter to eight, and just gave up by the time it was a little after nine. Anyway, right as we got there, Kristina told me she left me a voicemail, so I decided to check my voicemail. There were three. One was from my mom on Saturday, which I had neglected to delete before. One was from Kristina. I deleted it. The other was from Dustin. He called to tell me that he was going to Common Grounds (coffee place here in Fenton), and that if I wanted to, I could go meet him there so we could have more time to go over our papers for Honors tomorrow. That would've been much better than that damn restaurant out in East Lansing. Not that being in East Lansing was bad - I love it there. It makes me sad when I have to leave. Especially today, the campus lookes really beautiful right now. But that restaurant! It was TERRIBLE! Oh, well, I just feel badly that I couldn't meet him, but I'm meeting with him tomorrow.
Unfortunately, we didn't get back to UM - Flint until after 10, which meant that French Hall was closed and I couldn't get my stuff - which was my Honors paper that I should be working on right now, but that I'm almost done with. It will get done. The crappy thing is is that I have a lot of other homework to do for Thursday, and now I might not have time to do it because of the late jazz rehearsal tomorrow night.
Speaking of jazz, everyone come to our concert!! It's next Wedensday (April 13) at 7:30 (I think) in the KIVA. Admission is $3 (again, I think). We're doing some awesome stuff, including some James Brown and Earth, Wind and Fire (in case you couldn't tell, we're doing a 70's Funk/Fusion show). EVERYONE COME!!!!
