Battle of Trenton reenactment/Patriot's week Dec 26-28th.. Anyone attending & Interpreter Help neede

Hello to all on this silent snowy night.

Is anyone or their regiments planning on attending the Battle of Trenton/Patriot's week events in Trenton this year?

I'm going down Fri night most likely, staying in the Barracks w/my unit,  and staying till Sun

Last year was my 1st year attending as a reenactor and I was blown away. I didn;t attend the Fri night ball( was settling in w/my unit and also lacked the fancy dress, as I was a lowly American campfollower) but participated in many of the events... Slept both Fri and Sat nights in the Old Barracks( we were joined by the dashing 22nd Reg of Foot ( ... )

Hi there!

A lot of the people who go and partipate aren;t even in any groups.. they either go as modern day spectators or as "independant civilians" in 18th C dress...(there were a number of them last year)

Oh, that sounds like so much fun....
I've only done Civil War reenacting, but to be honest, 18t century Rev War is more my thing!
Too bad I live all the way across country... well, will you post pics? Hehe :)

Oh, anachronistic photographs, my favorite. This is us lined up before we drop our packs to assault the Rebel lines, myself on the far left...fiddling with my ear. Lovely telephone poles in the background, huh?

Define "All the way across the country". If you mean the West Coast, (more specifically California) I may have some good news for you.
