right here. Although he wasn't mentioned by name, my favorite character was there, so I was happy to see him again. (His name's Stan Murch, by the way, and he's the getaway driver. That shouldn't surprise you.)
I was going to work on chapter seven today, but I left the first page of it at home, so that went down the drain. I get to bring in one of Basil's old school chums, which is fun, because he's a character I haven't written for extensively yet.
Pop American Idol is on tonight. My family is fascinated by this show. I only watch the bad people - frankly, the good people don't amuse me as much. They have talent, but that is exactly what makes them uninteresting to watch to me. I'll bet it's because they're not playing instruments. I'm always much more inclined to watch if there's a piano virtuoso on the television...but then again, I'm biased.
