The Sox like to be awesome when they know I'm not looking.
I returned to the convention today to get some good deals on various items, so I inevitably missed a fantastic game from the bullpen and a Youk walk-off. Ah, such is my luck.
I caught the White Sox-Cubs game (I am still watching it as I type this up) but was somehow denied the very important College World Series game happening today - and unseeded Fresno State is going to the finals! (I love how cliche that is, really. I really do.) The irony of this is that it's Bulldogs on Bulldogs in the finals this week. I am amused.
But I still miss Stanford.
