Things I did today that weren't related to studying Japanese

In between writing my mammoth study guide for my exam tomorrow, I took a few breaks (because let's be honest, if you don't take breaks, things get hellish). Here is how I spent said breaks:

Break 1: Listened to the Red Sox on the radio and followed along with the Center Field game thread. Worked on study guide throughout most of that, but took breaks to post.

Break 2: Went Stanford-happy over Sam Fuld:

Break 3: Created
milb_live_blogs because I got a little too Stanford-happy.

Break 4: Realized why I don't like having a roommate. People come in to visit, and their talking distracts and annoys me. Also, I am pretty much forced into doing things and sometimes I don't feel like I exist or am important. I really don't feel like I'm respected by the group of people I hang with in my freshman dorm. (The people I really get along with live elsewhere.)

Break 5: Wrote this entry in order to procrastinate.

In short, I enjoy college, but when your roommate is only a source of distraction and not a true friend, things can get kind of bad. She's nice and I like her as a person, but I don't think she respects the fact that we share the room sometimes, and it kind of gets on my nerves. Oh, well, I'm out of here Friday.

EDIT: I finished the study guide...and credited its authorship to a fictional person whose LJ I update regularly. But he knows more Japanese than I do!

Yeah, I've totally snapped.
