sevendust again???
im going to see sevendust again tomorrow..that should be fun, im taking my brother as well, late birthday presant...right now im going to the inspection station....

im trying atkins again
this time its working because i now know i cant eat sat fat
being i cant afford to just go out and buy all this friend food like tuna and chicken. im starving..so its like im not even on atkins its like im just starving myself....i have egg white with fat free cheese for breakfast, tuna or a fat free turkey hot dog, then for dinner who knows...soo if you happen to see me lying in the road, or middle of a store looking dead. ill be fine i prob just past out from lack of nutritin. im taking vitamins to but. its hard
i started this diet just to lose a few pounds for a photoshoot
the shoot went sooo well, made me feel so good about myself, i decided not to stop.
any dieters have any advice please let me know. :)
