When the tentacles come back in view, there is a doll of Pyro with her mask off. The drawing and hair on her head is crude, but it sure seems to give the idea that what was underneath there is a woman.

The brain slug is telling you; "Pyro-Mama lets me do whatever I want because she thinks I'm cute" through squeak speak.]
