I'm Buddhist, so this is kind of a hard one.
1. The girls' headmaster - ok, maybe not punch, but a swift slap up the side of the head might wake the limp-as-a-dishrag bloke up
2. The bloke at the local council who decided that the road to the girls' school didn't need gritting and salting in the frost in February - which meant I skidded off the road and flipped my bus with all the kids on board.
3. The two above took me 15 minutes to think of... will ponder some more later.
