Well, he talked to Hyobu, that silver haired guy, and he said the only reason he was letting him stay was because of the 'Empress.' But Shinichi-niichan didn't know who that was.

The only one I know is from that guy's world is you, so when I told him, we thought it might be you since he said a 'Sannomiya-chan' was a fan of his for that school event.

So are we right?

...it sounds like it. [Pauses.] Does it...have to do with that ESP thing? [He still looks skeptical, but he's being somewhat more open minded about it than he was before.]

He wanted to ask why exactly you like him so much. Aside from that event, he's never met you and even if you liked him for the event, he's not sure why that still applies enough for someone like Hyobu to let him stay there.
