baroque breakfast
[OT from cottage renovations]
the Grove's music weekend concludes with the baroque breakfast at the gazebo in Wadsworth Park. it's potluck (I made croissants, served on railroad dining car china) and features a brass quartet. the weather had been moderate up to then but this is the event where our luck tends to run a bit thin, and it did get rather warm though not too muggy. with some periodic repositioning of chairs and blankets those in attendance were able to take advantage of the shade. here are some of the younger ones:
