What kind of advanced topics class doesn't give additional reading for the second week of classes? My advanced topics class on account that he didn't actually expect us to finish the reading or understand it. Well guess what!
Not only did I spend my entire week reading but I did understand most of what I read. I also have a context for most of this phenomenology since i took philosophy in high school and did some reading. I wonder if he realized that some people are intelligent to the point of finding things boring because we went through it so many times.
Have I mentioned that I read Aristotle's Poetics ( I know i can't spell) as a junior in High School. Umm yeah. If that reading wasn't a historical piece I would have flown though all of the reading.
and let me remind you I do realize I should not be comeplaining about a lack of reading. I am sure it is comming, but this pissed me off. it also leaves me with the delima about whether or not to read next weeks stuff or to go back and re read the stuff I already read and understood.
