Fuck All Yo Midwinter Posts, I Went to See Reel Big Fish
I don't feel much of a need to make a midwinter post since all my friends are doing it for me.
For Christmas Jenn got me tickets to the Reel Big Fish concert so I went to that last night with Jenn and Jeremy. I may be too old for ska shows though, I think the only people old enough to drink there may have been people's parents...
Show was good though, Streetlight Manifesto opened so that was very cool. The kids at that show were a bunch of girls though, I proceeded to entertain myself by punching people who were crowd surfing, I was in the front so this was complicated by the presence of the security mans right in front of me. Later I decided that stealing shoes would be more fun but I think the idea would have been more successful if I had come up with it a bit sooner. When I got bored of insulting and generally abusing the hot, sweaty people who surrounded me, I went to the back and spent the remainder of the show dancing like a moron with Jenn. I have to say that I enjoyed myself and that this was one of my favorite Christmas presents I've gotten.
Also, Midwinter was good. Showed up late to my clan meeting again. Brought my ghoul, when she's embraced she's going to hate everyone just as much as I do. Something got brought up about a Toreador ghoul who seemed to have some sort of connection with us (read: crazy person) and that the Toreador were going to give her to us. The question was asked as to who would take this individual under their wing. I asked if we had fallen so low that we were willing to take leftovers from the Toreador. Answer I got back was just a dodge followed up with getting told that they thought I would be a good person to take this ghoul. Between this and the lobsters I don't see how they can't understand why I'm asking for destruction on them all the time.
