[As if Seishirou could sniff Subaru's blood, which just may be the case, he finally decides to come out of his hiding place. The door to Subaru's room opens and closes voicelessly as the older onmyouji slips into the room. His attire is black, but not quite as formal as it should be, a high collared tunic and trousers, he's sporting a pair of rectangular sunglasses on the bridge of his nose.
If Subaru won't sprang out at him and try to kill him, he will find a chair and pull it beside Subaru's.]

[As soon as Seishirou's presence enters the room, Subaru freezes up a bit, but something inside just ... no longer cares. That's not to say he's going to be buddy-buddy with the man who ruined his life, but at the moment, he just was in no mood to start something. Certainly not in the clinic, either.
For now, he just looks over at the other male, looking more confused than much else. He doesn't answer Seishirou though.]
[The chair makes a screeching sound as Seishirou pulls it across the floor. He doesn't seem to mind, just takes a seat, a little pale smile dangling on the corners of his mouth.]
You're hurt, [he remarks, part to himself as he half assumes Subaru's not going to answer him.]
[Luceti in general has only one big drawback when considering Seishirou. And it's not the lack of power.]
They seem unusually fond of you. [His voice is the same unearthly calm drawl it always is, but there's a hint of something underneath the calm. It might be hard to recognize, but it's often there when he talks with Subaru, this time it tastes like anger.]
[The screeching noise gave Subaru a bit of an urge to ask if Seishirou did that on purpose, but he kept quiet. And Seishirou's line of thinking was right for that first part -- Subaru knew it was blatantly obvious that he was hurt (even though his 'new eye' was visible and the blood had been cleaned off, he was still rather pale (paler than usual, anyway) and looked very worn out.]
... so I've noticed. [He can feel the anger behind the words, and he understands it, for the most part.]
[For one silent moment, Seishirou allows himself to study Subaru, especially his 'new eye'. There's a ghostly tickle around his own, the one he asked Fuuma to deliver to Subaru after his death. A quirk of brows, and he's smiling a bit wider, even if the expression still stays humorless.]
It seems you've finally received my parting gift, [he murmurs. Elbow propped on the armrest of the chair, he sweeps the sunglasses off from his nose, dangling between his fingers as he leans his chin to the back of his hand. The scent of magic that always lingers around him gets stronger for a moment, carrying a taste of outdoors with it.] Yet I still have mine. To tamper with time as they want, these Malnosso must be horribly powerful.
[Subaru's eyes widen a bit at that -- the 'parting gift' was this? He didn't entirely understand why this would be given to him, but he figured it would come to him as time went on. However, besides his initial reaction, Subaru outwardly doesn't seem to care about anything that's going on around him, even though his mind was racing at the time.]
... this eye ... why would you want to give me such a thing?
[There's an amused quirk of lips as Seishirou studies Subaru, complimenting him silently on the upgrading of his actor's skills. Even Seishirou's not sure what he's thinking.]
Don't you know? [he asks with his voice turning into a soft purr instead, malicious in the absence of any evil intend.] Perhaps I give you too much credit, Subaru-kun. [The tease is obvious, the dare beneath not so much.]
[Subaru falls silent again, frowning on the inside but remaining expressionless on the out. He didn't know, he didn't understand, but he should've known better than to ask Seishirou directly -- a clear answer from him wasn't exactly common. He had plenty of guesses and assumptions, but he didn't feel like sitting around, listing them until the other male told him which one was correct. So he simply stayed quiet, trying to sort through the possible answers to his own question.]
[Seishirou was perfectly fine with Subaru finding his own answer, whatever it may be. He stayed silent for quite a while, then chuckled, shifted on his chair and let his hand snug into a pocket of his trousers. The pack of cigarettes he pulled out was a bit crumbled, baring the green and white colors he usually smoked, a bar code and even the little warning label about the deadly qualities of smoking. His illusion was always perfect, without a fault.]
You smoke still? [he asked softly, offering the pack to Subaru, the lid open and revealing ten perfect cylinders of cigarette filters, a faint scent of tar and tobacco entering the space between them.]
[Really, Subaru didn't know what to do about the offer. He only really smoked to 'beat' Seishirou, but back in his version of the world they came from, he already did that. Still, Seishirou was here again, so another part of him felt that he should take one, if only to go back to trying to 'beat' the older man. And of course, there was that natural craving for the nicotine that he hadn't had since he and Seishirou fought on the Rainbow Bridge back in Tokyo -- he was only human, so he couldn't help that. Not to mention all the stress that had built up since he arrived.
After taking a few moments to give the pack a vacant stare, he finally reaches over and takes one, staring at it in silence.]
[There's a soft sound, almost like a chuckle or perhaps a hum coming from Seishirou as Subaru takes a cigarette. The assassin leans back slightly, pushing the lid of the cigarette pack further open, picking a cigarette for himself and a lighter.]
It's not good for you, [he says softly as he offers the lighter to Subaru's cigarette.]
... what does that matter? [Subaru sort of grumbles out that answer, leaning in a little to allow the cigarette to be lit. After taking a drag from it, he blinks and looks over at the door to the room. Seems he just realized he's smoking in a clinic, but ... well, too late now. There's no "No Smoking" sign in the clinic anyway, so he doesn't feel quite as bad about it.]
You don't think taking care of yourself is an important thing? [Seishirou asks his tone of voice amused. He lights his own cigarette, sucking in a mouthful of smoke, which he then releases in a narrow stream from the corner of his lips.]
... it never was a priority of mine. You know that. [He says all of this rather bluntly, staring at the lit cigarette in his hand for a few seconds before taking another drag from it, slowly letting the smoke out moments later.]
Heh. That's why you're stupid, Subaru-kun. [Seishirou leans against the back of his chair, watching Subaru curiously.] You're one of the few people who truly are altruistic. There is a countless, faceless mass of do-good-ers, who perform the act of helping just because it feels good. You should take care of yourself, just for the sake of the world.
[He gives Seishirou a bit of a sharp glare when he's called 'stupid', even if it may be true. Even though he knows the older male is right, he's still being stubborn about the whole thing.]
If Subaru won't sprang out at him and try to kill him, he will find a chair and pull it beside Subaru's.]
Good evening, Subaru-kun.
