[At first, all that's heard are two voices in the distance. One is Subaru's, and if the listener happens to have spoken with her (or knows her), the other can be recognized as Kotori's. Eventually, whatever the hell they were talking about ends and two sets of footsteps are heard -- one going to the journal, and one walking away from ... wherever they were standing]
... how could I have not realized who else was living in this house? Continuing to live here could be both an advantage and a danger ...
[Silence. For like ... ten minutes. Seriously. Well, not complete silence -- there are also some broken mumbling about his sister and whether he should really continue living in that house, although anyone listening would only clearly catch the "wonder if I should continuing living" part. Take that as you will.
After a while, there's some more footsteps, more silence, then a sigh accompanied with a mumbled "why does it keep turning itself on".]
... regardless, even though it seems to be somewhat quiet here, I've heard several things over the journals and outside, so I know it's not as peaceful as it seems. I hope the majority of those here are doing well ... if there's anything I can do, I-- ... just tell me.
Also, I never thanked that person ... the one who came to heal me when I was injured a while ago. If you can hear this, then ... thank you for that. I also want to apologize to the blond girl who came in my room at the clinic the day my sister arrived here. I appreciated your attempt at trying to speak with me and I'm sorry for throwing it away.
