Where? Crystal Tokyo - The Crystal Palace Gardens
When? Mid-day? After all of the Queen's meetings are over and done with and she's finally got some time to herself!

The sun glitters across the city, allowing an almost ethereal glow to anything and everything under the beautiful golden rays. The inhabitants are hustling and bustling with life, enjoying the peace that, before the Black Moon Family, had been a regular occurrence.
The garden was a peaceful place; one of the few places where the Neo-Queen could leave to and not feel so caged up within the crystal palace. It was exactly the place that she was in now -- enjoying the warm spring breeze with a glass of sweetened ice tea condensating on the patio table top she was sitting next to.
There she sat at the patio table, a small book settled in her lap that she would flip through every few minutes -- stopping only to drink at her tea and to gaze out towards the City with a thoughtful look before going back to her reading.
