The armor makes no movements as it senses the approaching figure. It had learned to judge the differences again between friend and foe during its time after their initial... would meeting or confrontation be the more appropriate word?

Regardless, the armor nods faintly. Like a whisper on the wind, she'll hear a masculine voice say: Hard to forget someone who continues to visit me.

"Yeah, well... You seem lonely."

It's a simple statement. She's quiet for a minute, and then she smiles to him, tilting her head toward him.

"I brought a friend. Promise you won't hurt him?" she asks, relaxing. Something about him... It just feels so incredibly sad. There's a deep sense of loss there. Like something important was taken from him.

There's no verbal response because, what could it say? She hit the proverbial nail on the head with that simple statement, yet it only barely scratches the surface of the pain this trapped soul feels.

...A friend? This is something different. If it had eyes, it would be blinking in surprise. I won't.

There was only one person who he wished to hurt.

She nods, then waves a hand and calls.

"Hey! Roxas! Come on!"

And then she just waits, and prays he doesn't react hostilely. Because she'd hate herself forever if Roxas ended up hurt.

There's silence, for a moment, then the scuffing of shoes against barren soil. He's been waiting away, out of sight and out of hearing range, until Sora's voice calls him and he timidly steps up to the spotlight.

"Hi." His voice is soft, a tad unsure. He needs to wait to find out this being's reaction, because as far as he's concerned- its dangerous. And he doesn't want Sora to be in any trouble for inviting him along.

Okay, that energy... it was... familiar somehow. Like a voice it had heard so long ago but had been lost to the tides of change.

But no, it couldn't be... Hadn't the girl called him Roxas? It shook off the thought, helmet tilting up to "look" toward the newcomer. 'You...' No, what would be a bit creepy. Oh well; too late to take it back, now. '-your light. It's familiar.'

And now that it thought it over... So was Sora's.

Wait. Wait. It... Knows Roxas' light? She looks between the two, confused, and stands, scratching the back of her head.

"...Have you been here before, Roxas?"

Because that's the only explanation she can think of. Back when he was in the Organization, maybe a mission brought him here. Would he even remember that?

Roxas is as taken aback as Sora is. The possessed suit of armor thinks he's familiar- well that's news to him. He wracks his brain, trying to think if he has any memories which could explain this, and comes up with nothing.

"...Not that I know of." Cautiously, he steps forward, taking a place at Sora's side. "I'm pretty sure I've never been here before."

Then again, his memories had let him down plenty of times.

Blame your derp face looking a lot like it's derp, Roxas. It took him coming for it to sink in... 'No... I've met you before.' It's helmet turns toward Sora, memories flashing in it's "mind." It's more than possible that the telepathy it is utilizing is letting either one of them see the images as well.

The voices of two boys racing each other, a bent tree with star-shaped fruit, a boy wise beyond his years-

'Your light... it is similar to someone else's.'

Wait a minute here. Those slivers of memory trigger something. She knows him! ...Sort of.

"You're Riku's special friend!"

This is... Kind of trippy. And really sad, since she remembers the older man well, even if only from afar. She frowns, crossing her arms over her chest before looking to Roxas. This is... Oh, man. This is kind of horrible.

"Riku's special...what?" He sees it, just the vaguest impressions of memories, just... different. Of star gazing and a father figure, and his hand reaches into his pocket for something before Roxas even realizes what he's doing.

Instead, his hand simply clenches into a fist as he blinks back an odd burning sensation.

"Who are you, really? What's your name?"

Only sort of? Then again, he never spoke to Sora herself--just Riku. His helmet nods, if only slightly. 'Yes... Riku'. The one he chose. Though- '...Special friend. Is that what he told you?'

If so, he hopes that the kid at least remembered not to say what they were talking about. And then those memories--

'...Nothing but the last bastion of my own free will.' He... almost looks depressed, for a possessed suit of armor. 'Or... maybe all that ever was.' Even quieter, a name is whispered in the air: Terra.
