Most people, when they thought of internships, thought of bustling little office buildings where they were asked to retrieve coffee for higher ups or deliver papers or whatever. They probably didn't imagine spending their day in nuthouse.
...Alright, that's "politically insensitive" of her, but Axel is low on energy today. The coffee she'd had that morning hadn't given that great of an energy boost. Then again, one of her first jobs of the day had been breaking up a fight. It hadn't even been a fight between patients, but between two different visitors. Sheesh.
As of now? Right now, she has the "enviable" position of watching over the recreational room. It's even more boring than a dorm building's little area. There are a few harmless things for the patients, like puzzles, carefully select books, et cetera, whatever. And the patients are ones who have earned, meaning they probably won't flip their shit.
Sighing, she leans against the wall near the doorway and runs a hand through her hair. Just half a day to go of standing around in these stupid pale green shrubs...
