Sometimes, Sora gets in over his head. He'll rush blindly into things, and that leads to him getting hurt. Such as the last time he went hunting. He'd run into Rinoa on accident, and, of course, she knows Holy. So it had taken one blast to send him reeling. He'd made it home, of course, but he's not on bed rest, curled under a mountain of blankets--and stuck in his shadowed form for now.
He is, essentially, the Heartless equivalent of "sick."
