The raging sea nearly touched his feet. He was just few meters away from freedom when he heard someone voice. He turned his head and saw Siwon paled looking face running toward him. He gave him a smile and gesturing him. It’s okay. And without hesitation, he jumped...

---

“My name is Eeteuk, you can call me Teuk or Teukie,” Eeteuk leaned his hips against the wooden desk behind him and smiled, “Until next three months, I’m on charge teaching you History,” he swept his eyes across his students and suddenly his eyes froze when he saw a figure that wasn’t unfamiliar to him. That person looked at him with his crescent shaped eyes and smiled back.

Eeteuk looked away from him and clear his throat, “Can I meet the class representative? I need some helps after class ends,” and his heart thumped wildly when that not so unfamiliar figure stood up from his desk and greeted him with his deep voice, “I’m Kangin, this class representative,”

From that moment Eeteuk knew that fate must be laughing at him, hard.

----

When I saw you the first time, I fall in love with your genuine smile despite your weak condition, drawing me closer and closer to you. I called you Raccoon because you indeed remind me one of them. You’re loud yet caring for your friend. You hated your ill body. You even begged me one day, to give you the eternal life. So we can live together but I declined it. I know that my life wasn’t easy, I have through it. So I rejected your wish and the next day I found you were prayed by lots people. I knew I was late. You left me. I really regretted it and wished that I could reverse time.

The second time I met you, it’s already a hundred year from the first. You’re energetic and mysterious but oddly charming. I knew it was you. You’re the same person even though you have different name. My Kim Youngwoon. We used to meet in our favorite place. A cliff with beautiful view ahead and calming seas under it. We passed our time till dawn, side by side, content with each other present. But the cruel fate didn’t want us together, again. You were a hunter but not the ordinary one. You’re special hunter, a vampire hunter. As you learned my true nature, you hated me. You despised me and thought that I was playing with your heart. You shot me and left me dying in small forest far from your village. But I didn’t die, Siwon saved me. Later I heard that you killed yourself, jumping from the cliff in our secret place.

I inhaled deeply. Is that mean that we weren’t meant to be together…? Then why, everytime I run, whenever place I seek, I always bump in to you…?

---

“It’s not alright,” two bodies tangled under white blanket in dim lit room. “We are not supposed to be here, in this state,” Eeteuk voice fell down in the room. The larger one knitted his brows together but then placed a chaste kiss on the thin lips below him. “Don’t worry Teukie, if something happened and we got caught, and they fired you, I will runaway with you,” he murmured against the older mouth. “I won’t leave you,”

“Don’t say that,” Eeteuk insisted as Kangin pressed his naked body against the smaller one, stroking his calloused finger against the flawless skin of Eeteuk’s back beneath himself. “We- You can’t do that,”

“Why?” the younger asked him bitterly. “You want to leave me?”

“You are the one that always leaving me behind,” the teacher gasped as Kangin’s hand touching his length playfully.

“Nonsense,” Kangin kissed his lover jaw, trailing down to his chest and sucked his left nipple, gaining a small whimper from the other. Kangin always amuse that even a light breath from Eeteuk can make him really hopeless and vulnerable.  “Tell me that you love me,” His eyes met the older one and Eeteuk can feel his heart stopped when he saw the sincerity on the younger big black eyes. He couldn’t help but smile and wound his hands behind Kangin’s neck, pulling him into deep kiss. “I love you,”

Kangin sealed Eeteuk words with his own mouth, “I love you too, with all my heart,” he repeated all over again and those lips came down against the older one, pushing away even the tiniest worry the older kept in mind. More than my own life.

---

“You’re reckless, hyung,” Siwon said when Eeteuk tip toed across the fireplace in living room. “You keep repeating the same mistake, again and again,” Eeteuk placed his bag on the wool carpet below his feet.

“Siwon-nie, what are you doing… staying up this hour,” the older glanced to the big clock, four in the morning.

“I’m waiting for you,” Siwon rose from his chair and walked toward Eeteuk. “I saw you yesterday, with that boy, with that same face that made you cry hundred years ago,”

“What are you talking about, Siwon-nie?” Eeteuk shrugged past him but the bigger one grabbed his wrist and stopped Eeteuk.

“Don’t lie, Hyung. You know what I mean,” Siwon forced Eeteuk down to sitting chair in room and kneeled before him. “That Raccoon, Kim Youngwoon boy, or whatever his name in this age,” the bulky one placed both his arms on Eeteuk’s lap. “Please Hyung, forget him,” his hands curled against the fabric of Eeteuk clothes. “I don’t want you to be sad. I don’t want you to,” Siwon bowed down his gaze, glaring hatefully against the red carpet beneath him.

“Siwon,” Eeteuk run his hand above Siwon’s back and he noticed a small shudder in that well built body.

“Hyung, why you love this person, even after he reborn in this era… He already broke your heart twice, hyung,” Siwon yelled, his eyes never averted from Eeteuk.

Eeteuk closed his eyes. He didn’t want to remember that tragedy. He lived long enough to burn those feeling in his heart. He couldn’t fall in love to a mortal because he knew what consequences that follow him soon. But-

“Hyung,” Eeteuk opened his eyes as he felt a soft pair of lips touched his own. “Why you can love me instead?” Siwon eyes were full of sorrow, almost pleading.

“Siwon-nie, there’s someone waiting for you. Say, that Chinese vamp-” Eeteuk words cut immediately by the other lips as he pulled down against the red carpet.

“I love you for hundred years…” his hands run behind the shirt that covered Eeteuk’s silky skin. His mouth claiming the older neck, “I’ll always accompany you anywhere, wherever you go,” his canine teeth were sinking deeply against the soft flesh.

The pained sound died in Eeteuk’s throat. Siwon was the only one who always with him all the time, crossing every era that seemed walked too slowly around them. He was the only one that still stay by his side after Youngwoon died hundred years ago, comforting him, reassuring him that they can make it through and stand for him when the elders want to punish him because he was fall in love with mortal.

“Let me claim you, hyung,” Siwon kissed Eeteuk hungrily, tasting every part of his body. “You’re the only one I have in this world,” Eeteuk closed his eyes again, embracing Siwon as the younger kissed his tears. This time, Eeteuk didn’t push him away.

----

“What, what are you doing here?” Eeteuk eyes widened when he saw his ex student sitting in his living room, glaring at Siwon who sip his tea silently. Siwon looked at Eeteuk and nodded, leaving them alone.

“Hyung-” Kangin run toward him and hugged him with his infamous bone crushing hug. “Why did you run away from me, you didn’t pick up my call… you didn’t say anything when you left that day,” Kangin arms tightened against the older waist. He gazed down to the smaller one.

Eeteuk heart constricted in his rib cage when he saw pain clearly painted on the other face. But he had choose…

“I’m sorry,”

“You’re forgiven, hyung,” Kangin murmured against the other’s hair.

“No, you don’t understand,” Eeteuk freed himself from Kangin. “We can no longer be together,”

Shock was evident in Kangin’s eyes. The student grip either side of his shirt, “What did you say,” Kangin gritted his teeth, “That we can no longer be together?” his eyes was dark and Eeteuk couldn’t recognize the man before him. “Ah, I understand, it because that person, Siwon, right?” he clutched his shirt tightly.

The pain didn’t cease away but Eeteuk kept wearing his mask. “Now you understand. Please get out,” Eeteuk turned away, but he was stopped when familiar arm grabbed his left wrist and he was suddenly spun around. Kangin hands on either side of his biceps.

“Teukie, please,” Kangin voice was harsh, ready to burst in to tears but his eyes looking straight to Eeteuk’s. “We can work it out,” Eeteuk gave him a sad smile as he heard Kangin voice, trembling with fear. “I can be whatever you want me to be,” he didn’t understand the pleading tone in his voice as he said, “Just- Just explain to me,”

There was a pause, Eeteuk tilted his head back and shut his eyes tightly. He opened it slowly, finding Kangin still leveling his eyes with him and then whispered, so slow, almost inaudible, “I’m no human, Kangin-ah,”

---

“You look so pale, you should eat more!” Kangin scolded him when he saw the Eeteuk had no intention to the cake in front of him.

“I’m on dieting,” he said and passed the strawberry cake to Kangin.

“You’re kidding me!” Kangin scowled but took a spoon from that cake to his mouth.

Eeteuk chuckled seeing his childish boyfriend. He was about to rise up from the dinner chair toward the sinking dishes when he was suddenly spinning around and sat on the younger lap, straddling him. Eeteuk laughed heartedly as Kangin grabbed his hips and tickled him, “Kangin-stop,” but his laughter died in his throat when he sensed the strawberry flavored cake in his mouth and he sensed his student was kissing him. Pieces of cake transferred from Kangin mouth to his lover as the younger one thrust his tongue to Eeteuk’s.

“Hey, Teukie,” Kangin licked his lips as he broke away from the kiss. “Should I feed you everyday so you can get healthier?”

Eeteuk smirked and pulled Kangin in one fleeting kiss, “Maybe you can try,”

---

It not supposed to be like this! Siwon inner voice was screaming at him. He crashed the glass near him. Eeteuk was nowhere to be found. He only left a small note: Don’t try to find me.

He was about to smack the pieces of glasses when a firm grip rounded his wrist. “Han Geng,”

The Chinese vampire shook his head, “You won’t do that, Siwon-shi. Eeteuk doesn’t want you to,” he smiled sadly.

“It’s because that person,” Siwon bit his lower lip, rage and fury slowly consuming him. “If he didn’t show up in Eeteuk life again, Eeteuk wouldn’t have to do this,” but deep down he knew that it wasn’t entirely Kangin fault. It’s not weird if Kangin freak out after learning that Eeteuk is a vampire and runaway from him. “Why did he fall in love with that guy? Even after these hundred years?” tone of regret was covered his voice. “Why it must be him?”

Han Geng let out a deep breath. “It’s Eeteuk-shi decision Siwon-shi, he already lived too long and he can make one to his life.” his eyes sliding shut. “He accepted Kangin rejection willingly, I suspect it’s all he wanted all these time,” beside him, Siwon looked at him with indifferent eyes.

“It’s hard seeing your beloved one dead,” Han Geng turned his head to the muscular one, “But it’s even harder knowing that they do not accept you,” he curved his lips weakly. “Or knowing that your love doesn’t have feeling for you,”

Siwon was about to opened his mouth when he saw the familiar feature standing in front of the main door. His anger suddenly rose to his chest.

---

“Sometimes I thought you’re live in that era when listening your History class,” Eeteuk suddenly tensed hearing Kangin’s comment. “You’re full of detail when teaching us, Teukie,” Maybe it was a compliment for most of people but him. “How old are you?” Kangin asked him curiously but soon forgotten when Eeteuk pressed his lips against the other.

“Do you believe in reincarnation?” Eeteuk asked him when Kangin insisted to cook something for Eeteuk in Sunday morning. The younger raised his brow and put the vegetable he chopped before on the table. He shrugged and leaned forward, nearly touching Eeteuk, “I don’t know,” Kangin hovered against his lips. “But I feel like I already meet you,” swinging his arms low on his lover waist. “Like the old popular song: I knew I love you before I meet you,” he caressed the older cheek.

“You’re so cheesy,” Eeteuk replied with laugh. “Do you think you can bribe me to give you A+ in my class with this treat and kisses? No way!”

“You know I won’t ask you that,” Kangin pouted. “Rather than A+, I’d want you to give me this,” he kissed the smaller boy. Eeteuk replied immediately, their tongue battled for dominance.

“Pervert,” Eeteuk broke the kiss, regaining his breath. He thought for a second, “I knew someone just like you, really similar… But he was more shy and way cooler than-” but he couldn’t continue his words because Kangin had successfully captured his lips.

“Kang-” Kangin didn’t give his teacher a chance to take his breath as he claimed those plump pink lips again, this time more rough and demanding.

When they pulled apart, Eeteuk see the darkness on the other eyes. “I don’t want you barging about your exes,” his arms cupped on the older cheeks possessively. “I know I’m not perfect… and I’m childish but I try to be your best boyfriend,” he pressed his forehead against the Eeteuk’s. “So please,”

Eeteuk showed his dimple smile and caressed Kangin back, making the younger one pouted, “You didn’t hear me,”

Eeteuk shook his head, “It’s only you in my life,”

---

He jumped, ignoring Siwon pleading voice. It used to be his favorite place with Youngwoon. He couldn’t think anyone will find this place, including Kangin.

The water entered quickly in to his system, sinking him under their unforgiving grip. It’s not hurt… It won’t hurt him because he already wounded ‘till he couldn’t bleed, till he couldn’t function properly. He was hurt by the people he love the most. Well, some people say that no one can hurt you except you love him. He loved him hopelessly for the third time and he broke his heart for the third time too.

“Teukie!”

He was hearing things… He must be gone insane. He was imagining Kangin voice in this place. There is no way Kangin found him here…

“Teukie!”

Eeteuk opened his eyes and he couldn’t believe what he saw. Kangin really there, only few meter before him and he was swimming desperately toward him.

There was a blur and his consciousness was slowly drifting away.

---

“Are they really okay?” Siwon inhaled deeply. “Will they make it through?” he took a deep breath and kneeled before the altar. “I hope their happiness,” his hands intertwined tightly with each other.

“You’re the first religious vampire I ever see, Siwon-nie,” behind him, Han Geng rounded his arms around the taller waist. “You even wear a cross pendant,” he chuckled, teasing the younger one.

“Don’t do this in God house, Hannie,” Siwon hissed but soon distracted by the older kissing his neck.

“They’re fine,” he smiled sheepishly. “Because you pray all the time here and beg to God everytime. He must hear your pray, Siwon-nie,”

Siwon chuckled and showing him his sweet smile, “I hope so… I hope so…”

The Chinese vampire kissed him, smiling against his lips, “They’re gonna be okay,”

---

Kangin finally opened his eyes when he felt feather like caress on his cheek. He smiled to his side and leaned forward to kiss his lover, “Morning,”

Eeteuk giggled, “It’s already noon, sleepy head,”

Kangin run his hand to the angelic feature, “Despite your fragile body, you recover quite quickly, Teukie,” he grinned, “Maybe we can make love till dawn tonight,”

“Don’t tease me,” Eeteuk smacked the younger playfully and got up from the bed, revealing his bare body. “Thanks to Siwon and Han Geng, they lend us this place,” Eeteuk looked down at him and smiled. “Are you okay with this?”

Kangin knitted his brows, “No, Teukie… Don’t bring that subject again or I will be mad,”

“But, It’s okay that I’m not a human?” Eeteuk insisted, he had to make sure.

Kangin stood up, heading to Eeteuk “I know I was stupid when running away from you but I need time to think, you know?” he straightened his arms toward the older, intertwining his fingers with him. “I don’t care if you’re a vampire, werewolf, or anything. As long as it’s you,” he pulled Eeteuk back to his embrace.

Silent fell upon them when Kangin added, “I’m sorry for being egoist,” Eeteuk looked up to his sad face and he understood what the other meant, “If the time when I should leave you came…”

“It’s okay,” Eeteuk cut it off. He squeezed Kangin’s finger. “I just need to find you again, right?” he showed his dimple, confident smile.

Kangin couldn’t help but let butterfly feeling dance in his stomach. His grip strengthened on his lover back. With the heart that beat only for Eeteuk, he would enjoy his life to the fullest. Their love will overcome anything, races -even time- It doesn’t matter where or when they meet because in the end they’re destined together. Love had its own way… to finally reunite them.
