10 years later
Alright well... quite a bit has happend in the past several months. I graduated with (honors!) from Johnson & Wales University with my associates in Culinary Arts. I lived in Miami for the past two years and made many great as well as not so great friends. I've made life-long sisters and created a sisterhood that can never be broken. I feel Alpha Sigma Tau is one of the best things I've done.
Cory moved to West Palm in August and just moved out and back to Michigan about 2 and half weeks ago. He moved there to go to school and live a better life.. School didnt work out for him and so he moved back home and is going to inroll at sc4 for Megatronics. At first I was very happy that at least he was going to go to school, but I feel so different about it now because we are once again in seperate places. I'm currently living in New York City-long island city which is in Queens.
I'm working at a movie catering compnay called TomKats and its' truely amazing.. I work very long hours...15-19 hour days most of the time, but i'm enjoying it quite a bit and it takes my mind off Cory. Because of our once again seperation; we have found it best to seperate for a while. Im not going to lye... its hurts more then anything, but I believe we are both dealing with it the best we can. I hate that were apart so much but theres not much more I can do about that. Its definatly been harder lately with recent drama. ---I'll save that for a different day--I'll just leave it at lyeing and secretcy that was completely unnesscary.
June 11th it would have been 3 years
My apartment is NYC is cozy but there is very little privacy and being an only child, it can drive a person nuts but i'm working with it. I live with my Co-Worker Kyle in seperate bedrooms..nothing happening there!
My mother and Bill are now enganged and I couldnt be happier. They deserve each other. Bill is going to sell his house and there are giong to remodel our current house a bit and live at Ballentine permenatly.
I'm currently selling my 'octo-mobile' in florida right now. My dad is trying to sell it for me basically. When the summer is over and I go back to Michigan for a couple weeks I'm going to buy a Chevy Avea Hatchback.. Apprently its a manual and I love it. I miss my car though... In new york.. a car is a waste of time, because the subways are so much faster and cheaper.
New York is definatly growing on me..I thnk I'm starting to fall in love with it... I really love the city life.. I love people everywhere and there's so much to see all the time. It keeps my mind off Cory...no matter how mad I get at him.. i still love him.
Maybe in four years we'll be in the same place at the same time..

My taste in music has been changing a little... I've been really into Celtic alot and beautuful piano.. I've grown to like Techno and I blame Miami. I love smoking Hookah and I blame South Beach--any my co-workers from Emerils.
