OMG real research is AWESOME. I totally believe it! I actually worked in a school where the super strict religious codes required that men and women not touch each other, like, ever? You really notice that sort of thing in an environment when it's missing and you're having to sneak in reassuring pats on the shoulder. Of course, now I'm going to go to class and end up accidentally groping my friends. Maybe.

Really good story is well written

It just leaves you feeling like, just erk you know? You have Spock going off to start his amazing career, but poor Jim you just sort of leave in this really unfulfilling place.

The interaction was great, Jim was perfectly Jim, and uncertain Spock has it's own appeal.

Now I must go find a happy ending somewhere so I can go to sleep on an upbeat for happy dreams.
