Right? And in AVSC, too, although it's easy to argue that that was just to piss Sam off.

But I also don't think he had much of a reaction to finding out that the LARPers in whatever the name of that convention episode was called were a couple. He looked a little taken aback, but I read that as it being weird (in his opinion) that a couple was pretending to be him and Sam. But IDK, it's not the only interpretation.

I don't think he is, no. Sure, he uses a few less-than-sensitive words here and there, and he uses "gay" as an insult. But he uses "girly" as an insult, too, and the last thing I would ever say about Dean is that he hates or is afraid of women.

I just think he's not very "enlightened."

I don't think he's so much a homophobe as he is a kinda narrow minded guy with occasional homophobic reactions/tendencies. He's not the worst, but nor is he the best.

Aw, that's sad. I think Dean, especially now has seen too much to give a fuck about homosexuality. Though homophobia general is a bit of a mystery to me. Did you ask them why?
