Went to the comedy castle in downtown RO. Not bad. Here is the jist:
$15
90 minutes
Opened with a lesbian whos jokes were all about lesbians and she definately had some deep seeded bitterness towards someone about having to go to canada to get married(my friends all thought I was going to stand up and debate with her). It's like 18 year olds who go to canada to get drunk. People dont just decide in overwhelming numbers to make something illegal just to ahve some unwritten claus of "etc etc etc, UNLESS its in canada", so just MOVE to canada if you dont like it here. I dont like comedians who get political, just be funny and not deep ok? This isnt Larry King.
Then went to some other guy who made a bunch of racial jokes. He was prolly the funniest. I knew when he opened with "Where my Jews at???" that he would be good.
The we had a guest appearance of someone who was on last comic standing (jeff or josh something i want to say). He was pretty good.
Then we had the major act of someone who was pretty funny, but made fun of the audience alot haha. Like seriously, he'd pick someone, tear into them(in a kinda funny / kinda he hates you way), and tell some story, then pick someone else. He was mediocre.
Overall, for $15 it was OK. I mean, i've heard alot funnier, but I've heard alot worse as well.
