Disc Bulges/Herniations
I've been undergoing spinal decompression as the last resort before deciding to do surgery. I've tried physical therapy, chiropractic care, steriod shots...nothing worked, and now I'm beginning to believe that spinal decompression isn't working.Anything you've done to make your back problems a thing of the past?
