Hiro's eyes fluttered open, and the door of the Burnt Toast Diner stood before him, the glass reflecting a retreating taxi. Wind whipped his hair and sweaty suit, and confusion reigned.
Just a moment ago, he had been getting hassled at the Chatham Mansion for apparently arriving a day too early, and was helping Charlie into the Mustang when well... he was now here. Had he taken a nap in the car? Or just blanked out?
Looking around, Hiro had to say the street looked how it had a few hours ago, when he first arrived here. And that taxi...
Frowning slightly, Hiro pushed the door open once again...
