Lyle scowled at the doors to his sister's room and the guest room. He could hear giggling and clacking away at keys.
It was louder than his ipod.
Did Claire not know the word discreet?
Inching his way quietly to his mother's room, he opened the door and snuck inside.
"Mom," he hissed quietly.
Sandra groggily opened her eyes.
"Lyle, are you okay?"
"I'm fine," he shrugged off her concern. "But Claire and Peter..."
"Claire and Peter...?"
"They keep sneaking back and forth between the rooms and making noise and stuff."
Sandra stood up quickly at his words, and strode into the hallway.
"CLAIRE ELISE BENNET! FRONT AND CENTER!"
