Summary: Set the same day as this thread. The weekend's over and Kirin has to say goodbye.

It was 3am and Kirin was wide awake. He puttered around the living room, making sure everything he needed to bring back with him was packed in his suitcase. Kirin was expected at the airport in two hours, and as much as the boy wished that time would slow down, he was well aware that his time was running short.
He looked over at the sleeping form on the couch with a sad little smile. Jamie had insisted that he would stay awake until after Kirin left, but had fallen asleep around midnight while they cuddled watching an admittedly boring movie. In a moment's inspiration, Kirin picked up his cellphone and snapped a picture. After all, Jamie was a cute sleeper.
"Hey, wake up." Kirin whispered, leaning over to brush Jamie's bangs away from his face to lightly kiss him awake.
