Off limits to the living world
MacKenzie sighed softly, stifling a yawn. The bed was soft enough that she was certain she would fall straight to sleep if she laid back in it. Life had been anything but relaxing lately--no matter what Sheldon or Shawn or common sense had argued, she hadn't been able to shake that eerie feeling that it had all been real.
After all, it wasn't every day that someone threw their lamp across the room in their sleep. She didn't even talk in her sleep!
She shook her head wearily. Forget about it, girl. It was just a dream. You've got a project to worry about, remember?
Her monologue would have sounded a bit more sincere if there wasn't a stack of books on her nightstand ranging from books comparing people to colors of the rainbow that were sometimes 'special' colors (that was a particularly confusing one), to some off-the-wall hardback by a crazed Indian professor.
Shawn would never let her live it down if he found out what she'd been reading the past week. Which was partially why she was taking them back to the library tommorrow morning, before Sheldon came over.
A yawn broke her from her thoughts.
But first...sleep.
