Mod Post: Rule change + voting

Okay, I've decided to change the rules a bit in order to hopefully increase participation (thanks to appaku for the suggestion :) ). So from now on, instead of a combined application, it is mandatory that you do a personality application before appearance. Please check the community profile for the revised rules and read them carefully. ^__^

~ Cherry still needs a tie-breaker for appearance. It is a tie between Youka, Gyokujo, and Suibikun, so please only cast a vote for any of those three characters. Thanks :)
