Colour my life with the chaos of trouble
I just watched (500) Days of Summer again, for the first time since I first caught it with her.
It's funny how I see the themes and ideas differently now that we're no longer together, as compared to when she was seated next to me in the theatre those many months ago. My outlook on everything - love, life, relationships, how two people can remain together, that thing of cosmic proportions we all like to call fate - has changed and it's different and you know what? It's all good. It's good.
I'm good. I realize now that I couldn't have expected everything in this world to last, especially not something as hazy and complex as relationships. Everything is different now but it's a good different. And I feel like I'm that better different.
