East Asian American Film Recs Please
Hi, I'm new to this comm and looking for films about East Asian Americans and/or the East Asian American experience. Right now, I'm downloading both Harold and Kumar films and a movie called Better Luck Tomorrow. I've seen a lot of Asian films and films about Asia and Asians, but I don't know as much about Asian American films so please help :)!
EDIT: Okay, after reading the FAQ for this community so that I could figure out how I might tag this entry (which I really didn't figure out by the way ~ I'm sorry), I realized that the Harold and Kumar movies don't count because their directors and writers aren't East Asian American though I still want to see them. Better Luck Tomorrow, however, was written and directed by Justin Lin, who has been involved with the Fast and Furious series.
