Excited to hermit with family soon!!
Tonight: felt smart knowing what "heteronormativity" is; felt articulate pronouncing words; felt funny with my perfect phrase delivery. Who said reality tv can't be educational?
Totally a different atmosphere hanging with Ivan's people. I feel so challenged. Everyone's so smart in their respective areas but also perfectly witty, sassy, and know how to use insinuations. They are also worldly. And thoughtful. I'm on my game with them and it's light humor that doesn't leave with you. I needed this today.
I noticed we are in our own bubble. They didn't laugh at the same jokes, they weren't as receptive to Ivan's spotlighting that we're used to. They didn't find our stories funny. The guest stars!
