Advice for Internet Dating:
- Be aware of the lack of visual or aural cues
when communicating with anonymous people.
- Be aware of the seductive nature of the Internet
that potentially leads to close relationships quickly.
- Take Internet relationships in small steps,
gradually moving from online chats, telephone,
to face-to-face meeting in public areas.
- Like other relationships, make sure Internet
relationships are founded on shared interests,
goals and values.
