Frozen yougurt

Thats all i'm having! The frozen yogurt was a big slip up. I need to be 120 by the end of the week. ohh how I wish!!

I couldnt even weigh myself this morning, so now I feel werid.

a banana and veggies for dinner and a lax. Lets pray for lower numbers.
