(no subject)
Grayson went on a date last night.
When I first heard (which was him talking about it in Spanish class) I just wanted to cry. And stay in my room all night and watch a movie and cry. But I couldn't right then, because I was in Spanish class. Then we were doing fake interviews and I got distracted and had fun. Then I went to work and on the way there decided that I am not the girl who sits in her room and cries all night. At least not about a boy I hardly know. So I rocked out in the car on the way to work and just had fun. Work had its ups and downs, I'm a little impatient, and my back was KILLING me, so that I really was almost crying. Then after work I watched a movie (P.S. I Love You) with Erin and Katelyn. I know I've talked about that movie before, but seriously, it is just so good. Ohhh so good.
Yesterday was a really good day all in all. Katelyn and I got up to go to New Testament and just getting ready was fun because I got reminded of a song so I had to look it up on YouTube and then I kept singing it to Katelyn because it's called I'll Wait For You and that phrase kept coming up. Then we went to NT where our prof looks like Michael Scott
Dr. Gombis on the left, Steve Carell on the right. Am I right? and we learned that the Greek guys used to all exercise naked together and that the reason Alexander the Great didn't have kids was because he spent all his time doing it with guys, like most of the Greek fellas. Apparently they'd have to be really drunk to actually spend time with their wives. Poor wives!
After that I went to her 9 o'clock class with her because there is this girl in there who always bites people's heads off and is really rude in class discussion. But of course, the girl didn't show up, so I just read some stuff for my next class. After that was class chapel, but the sophomore class chapel sucks, so we went to Freshment class chapel and sat with Shaun, Craig, and Adam. Grayson led worship so that was amazing. And this guy Brian sang too and he is just so good. Their worship band was just so cute; those little guys! Then their class chaplain spoke and Katelyn fell in love. So we'll be going to Freshmen class chapels from here on out! It was just way better than our's.
Lunch after that and that's always fun. Then Intercultural Communications with Craig and Amy, where I have a perfect view of the hotttt Basketball player! I don't know why basketball just got capitalized, but I guess it's just that important to me. After IC was Spanish, which started out a little rough, but then we did interviews in Spanish (entrevistas) and I was with Anna and Michael, so that was fun. Now I just have to finish up some homework, pack up, and drive home because tomorrow is the Jonas Brothers. :D And I decided that Grayson doesn't matter! I mean, he matters as a person, but it doesn't matter if he went out on a date with someone else, it doesn't matter if he falls in love with this someone else. God still has a plan for my life, and Grayson going out on this date does not effect the plan that God has for my life- it's still in place! I can rest on that. I can still get good grades (I made the Dean's List last semester! :D). I can still be the best darn daycare worker out there. It doesn't matter! I can still be Grayson's friend and I can still have a lot of fun in Spanish class.
I fully in God's arms because it's the only place I'm fully alive.
