So what's new?
New semester is going really well so far...I'm enjoying most of my classes and I'm anxious for my first round of tests coming up. my first critique in photography is next wednesday. I made some kick ass photograms which is suprising to me because i suck at photograms. I really like my photo teacher though...her name is Sarah and she's just as crazy as I am. haha. from what I can tell she has done some pretty cool stuff with her photography since she graduated from UNC Charlotte with a BFA in Photography...I hope I can do cool stuff when I'm done with my degree. I'm pumped to find out what our first real shooting assignment will be. I get to develop monday! I'm going to High Point, so I'll probably take some photos of Stephen and of the train station...it's so so cute!
I am staying at VS as a memeber of their core staff...they picked 6 or 7 out of the almost 20 they hired for seasonal work to stay...I was pretty excited that they picked me. I think they're going to let me work with Lauren more so I can learn bras and maybe, eventually become a bra specialist...which I think means more money...which is always nice.
Speaking of Lauren, she's become one of my closer friends here in Charlotte. She and I are so much alike it's kind of scary.
Things with Stephen are fantastic. We've been together for 9 months...I can't believe it's been that long...April will be here before I know it. I can honestly say that since the whole "breakup" thing, we've started to talk a lot more and be a lot more open about stuff which has made us super close. I care about him so much. We're celebrating Valentine's day, which is a first for me...I've never had anyone to celebrate with! So I'm kind of, sort of, maybe putting my hate for the holiday on hold...at least for this year.
This weekend is going to be totally killer kick ass rockin out fun! On friday, my brother is coming to visit and Victoria and I are going to pineville to the Carolina Place Mall [which is HUUUGE]. Saturday I get to go see RENT again! With Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp! O.M.G. Gini had an extra ticket so she asked me to go with her. It's going to be the most amazing performance!..and of course I'm going to be a stage door stalker and try to get them to sign my program. =]] After RENT...I'm going to the dorm, packing a bag, and getting on the 2am train to High Point to see Stephen and celebrate the SUPERBOWWWWLLLL. aka SUPERBOWWWWWLLLL PARTYYYYY. I'm so pumped. Life is gooood. =]
