Somebody call the coroner

I am dead on my feet.

Last night was the final performance of An American Clock (a ridiculously fabulous show), and that night we ripped apart the set.
It was really hilarious watching the Stagecraft Class kids go at it - they didn't even wait for the audience to leave, it was like: ::bow:: ::exit:: ::15 people with hammers and screwdrivers leap on to the 2-story set and just start goin at it:: That was really funny.
What was not funny was waking up this morning with splinters I didn't even know I had.

I am really the walking dead this morning. It's like, I can't grab anything, and I'm tripping all over myself. I am all off balance. It was rough. I never thought I would miss the classic Bellflower set of just 4 platforms and some stairs. That was good stuff.

This is gonna be the longest break I've ever taken.

Sonext weekend is gonna be packed for me, but I want to add even more to it. A couple days ago, Isaw a flyer on the bulletin boards saying that some theater in North Hollywood is going to do The Last 5 Years, which is a ridiculously amazing musical which I absolutely adore, but have never actually gotten to see. And not just that, but Jason Robert Brown, THE Jason Robert Brown, one of my top 5 desert island all time favorite playwrights, will be playing after the show with his band, White Boy's Rhythm (or something like that). I would do anything to meet Jason Robert Brown. That's inredible. But if I were to try to get tickets to that, that would mean I'd be seeing Loves Labours Lost on Friday, The Last Five Years on Saturday, and then Best Little Whorehouse in Texas on Sunday (which I have to go see for my dance class). That sounds like a little much.
But Jason
Robert
Brown
will be there.

What to do.
