I am simultaneously sleepy-tired and jazzed up after a day of exercise and an online project meetings. I'm going home for school this weekend, so it's time to deal with the real world again. Our current group project isn't due until January, but I just know that the holidays are going to mess up what little planning we have done. I haven't read as much as I should have here at Arthritis Camp and my peaceful mindset has also been disrupted today by the fact that I need to plan for my family's dinners this weekend.
I'll return to the hospital for another three nights on Sunday and then life-as-usual will recommence for real on Thursday. How did time fly by so quickly? How can my regular life become less of a contrast to my current routine of healthy eating, sleeping and exercise?
To be continued...
