Just in case you were wondering...

Well, my mom got her boob job.  It's so weird, but she got what she wanted.  I never thought she'd actually go through with it.  I'm just praying there's still enough money for me to continue college.

So far I like my classes quite a lot.  Here's the run down:

Physics 111 - Basic Semi-Conductor Circuit Lab
This is the basic semiconductor circuit lab class, and is a fun, hands on class.  However, it's definitely time intensive, and I will be spending every freaking minute working on a lab.  It's going to be hard work, but I think I can do well, and I really enjoy lab work.  However, I dislike my partner a lot.  I guess it was going to be inevitable, since I've managed to have awesome lab partners for four semesters running.  I mean, one's my current roommate, and the rest are really good friends.  This new lab partner and I are definitely going to have some major issues, since we operate differently.  I tend to think outloud and say a lot of stupid things, but in the end I get the job done.  This guy won't say a word if he's stuck on a problem, and definitely won't let me touch anything, which I find extremely annoying.  He may need to get replaced, and although I know a lot of people in my class, it'll be hard getting people to take his obnoxious ass.

Physics 137B - Advanced Quantum Mechanics
Advanced quantum mechanics will kick my ass even harder than regular quantum... without a doubt.  Granted, it will be useful and all that, but it's just one of those classes I have to suck up and take.  I've heard that my professor is known for writing hard tests, but at least people learn a lot from him, which is really all that matters in the end.

Math 110 - Advanced Linear Algebra
I hated linear algebra with a passion, but maybe it'll be better as an upper division class?  It'll definitely be useful for physics.  I also really like the professor and apparently he lets us retake midterms if we're not satisfied.  Talk about awesome.  However, I'm on the waitlist for this one, so cross your fingers I guess.  I'm currently #6 and no one's dropping.

Earth and Planetary Sciences 50 - The Planet Earth
I'm actually really excited to start this class.  I know it's a little late to start a geophysics minor, but I really like the subject.  I'm really interested to see what'll happen.

Computer Science 3L - Introduction to Symbolic Programming
Basically, it's the computer science class I never took that I probably should've.  Hopefully I'll get into math 110 and be able to drop this class, because it'll be too soon before I stay up until midnight yelling at my computer screen, begging my program to work.
