My mom called in between my classes today. I didn't catch it in time, so I called her back.
When she picked up, she asked if she could call me back. Okay? sure.
When I got back to my dorm room, being the money-conscious college student I am, I checked my bank account.
My mom withdrew a significant chunk of money from my bank account.
