[Yayoi's the type of person who can't sit idly for too long, especially when she has a goal (or two, or three) in sight, so... she left Goldenrod a few days ago without telling anyone, hoping to surprise her friends when she arrived in Ecruteak.]
[Her plan is thwarted by the Pokegears' tendency to turn on at suspiciously convenient random moments, and the first thing viewers will see is Yayoi's sleeping face resting on the back of some sort of large furred Pokemon- and one that's walking ponderously, judging by the way the scenery is swaying in the background. For some reason, there are a few common bird Pokemon- Pidgey, Hoothoot- nesting on the Mamoswine's back, too, pecking here and there as if trying to find bugs to eat.]
[It would be an entirely idyllic scene unless you know that Yayoi doesn't actually HAVE any of those Pokemon on her team. Disturb Yayoi's sleep Y/N?]
[Alternatively, you might be able to bump into Yayoi as her Mamoswine carries her into Ecruteak about eight hours later and occupies a lane of the street all of her own because YIKES is this Pokemon huge. Yayoi is still asleep (or she fell asleep again).]
