[Yayoi is too busy whimpering to notice Matt- she looks utterly spent, and her Farfetch'd is nowhere to be seen. Then again, this IS one of many Rattata that's latched onto her like this.]

[Good news: The Rattata lets go of Yayoi!]

[Bad news: It jumps off of Yayoi and starts pacing towards Togepi, its tail held high. The rat matches the egg with a Growl of its own, chittering angrily as it advances.]

[Okay, yeah, the Rattata wasn't going to take any more lip from some freakish unidentified creature- it backs up until it reaches the bushes before turning tail and disappearing into the underbrush in a flash.]
