Rabi's always been very close to Allen. Here he's a bit different than the one he remembers as it seems he's from a few months into the future. He has a strange scar across his chest that Rabi hasn't quite talked about yet.

Hiruma's a dirty little devil. He's a source of blackmail but also a source of information. Not likely that Rabi'll ever get information out of him.
Junpei Iori
Another persona user working with the police. Rabi met Junpei during the 25th hour. His persona's a bit different than Katsuya's as he must evoke it by shooting himself with an Evoker. Junpei is the first person Rabi's met who knows about a 25th hour.
Katsuya Suou "Law-chan" sun_of_justice
Katsuya is an enigma. He has the ability to summon something called a persona that Rabi knows is there but can't see. Rabi made a deal with him to share information about the forbidden hour.
He has offered information to Rabi on several occassions.
"...Yes. They're just called 'demons' there though. There's none of this 'Shadow' business. While they're the same creatures as far as I can tell physically, when they manifest into a solid form at least, they seem different, too. There's something else driving them...perhaps..."
These demons he knows also are related to Arcana. Katsuya has the ability to talk to them and apparently can get items from them.

Rydia
Rydia is incredibly hot. She's also a summoner. Rabi met one of her familiars, known as eidolon, named whyt. She's the last of her kind, and because of this, Rabi wants to record her story for his records.
Sun Ce "Sun-chan"
A Chinese warlord with strong ideals. Sun Ce greatly reminds Rabi of a historical Chinese figure, though he isn't sure if it's true.
Tyki Mikk bnwgambler
This is most definitely the same Tyki Rabi knows, although he's playing it off that he's just a normal person with no memories of Rabi or the Exorcists. When Rabi first met him in the rain, he told Tyki his real name was Junior. After all, not once had Tyki ever called Rabi by his alias.
Supposedly Tyki is teaching psychology.
