Well done on this, I think you did a great job - especially for a first attempt! Also, it's pretty awesome that you have the confidence to do a vlog... i'd be way too camera-shy and I hate the sound of my voice lol.
I agree with the tips already suggested about lighting/sound etc, but it isn't that big a deal and im sure you'll be able to sort it out for the next one.
Since you seem to be aiming this more at new lolitas, maybe in the future you could integrate some helpful tips about what things to avoid as well as what to look out for. For instance, warning about not wearing cat ears or other random cosplay accesories with lolita, and maybe showing the difference between good and bad lace and fabrics for lolita? xD
Also, you might consider making a brief mention of things, even if you don't have examples to hand - so as far as headwear goes- berets, round headdresses, mini top hats, cake hats (lol), pearl or plastic headbands, earmuffs etc, etc. Just so that your viewers know about all the alternatives.
Hope you don't mind my suggestions and i'll be interested to see what other topics you cover in the future. ^^ Oh and I love the new hair btw, it really suits you. We should get together soon! xxx
