[It has been a strange month.
Of course, Tarrant is quite used to strange--and he didn't think it was quite strange himself, more everyday happenstance. This particular kind of strange is nearly too strange for a man who's known strange most of his natural life.
That is quite strange.
And so, on a surprisingly quiet day, the Hatter is headed

So of course when he saw the new installation, he'd had to poke about, ask about- and imagine the pique in curiosity when the man who'd gone in was described as an "odd looking fellow with a weird hat". Isn't that what they used to call him, back in Lebroux? Odd.
Naturally, he'd need pursue this further.
A knock on the door, curious, would do for a start.]
[ooc; Mad Hatter meet... a Mad Hatter. I JUST HAD TO.]

Oh? You flatter it, truly- How lucky I was to stumble across a shop such as this one... and allow me to say, your own has a flair all its own as well.

Oh, thank you--[he reaches to gently touch his own] Sturdy, trusty thing it is. Hightoppery at it's finest.
Oh--do forgive me--Tarrant, Tarrant Hightopp, your servant, of course!

[Another small doff of the hat]
Xerxes Break, servant of the Rainsworth household, and also at your service. It is indeed a pleasure.
